When attempting the first deployment of a project, the v0 Publish button fails.

Observations

This error occurs specifically during the first deployment attempt.
Deployment works successfully via the Vercel CLI but fails via the v0 Publish button.
v0 Help suggests it is a Vercel problem, while Vercel Help suggests it is a v0 issue.
