v0 shows blank screen after login across multiple browsers and devices

Problem

I’m unable to see any chats or content when I log into v0. After logging in, the screen appears completely blank.

Environment

I’ve tried troubleshooting across multiple browsers and devices, and the issue persists on all of them:

  • Browsers: Chrome, Safari
  • Devices: Mac, Windows

There are no VPNs or network restrictions in place, and v0 has no reported incidents.

Support Issue

The “create case” support form fails; it stays on an endless red “enter v0 url” prompt, even after I copy and paste the URL.
