v0 staging branch menus and Open in v0 deployment options missing

Problem

I have been using v0 for just over a month and seem to continually get stuck on opening my staging branch in v0.

Current Behavior

All documentation states that you can:

  1. Choose a branch in v0.
  2. In Vercel, select a deployment and then select Open in v0.

However, these options are missing:

  • In v0, the branch dropdown does not work.
  • In Vercel, the Open in v0 option under deployment is missing.

Question

How can I open my staging branch in v0?
Screenshots would be most welcome so that I can see if my version is missing something.
