v0 is lying.
After several conversation to replace single URL in the code, keep saying “solved“ but it’s not working.
Asked again and said “I didn’t do any commit actually, this time I fixed“ but it didn’t. Finally did it myself…
Please give my credit back spent 10-20 conversations just for lying and not working or someone tell me how v0 actually edit code.

Did you try tagging the file in your message or providing a more specific prompt to v0? This should help.
As the project grows inline replaces become harder for the AI, so for such small things I usually prefer to manually edit the URL or use design mode if it’s styling related.

ONLY RULE FOR AI PROMPTING → When prompting — ask, don’t tell !

v0 knew exactly which line is making issue and tried to update the line. Then said “Finished“ with nothing changed.
and said “I can’t make change because of v0 issue. “
also after I manually updated the code (ofcourse saved), v0 downgraded that and got stuck in the same line.
Problem is why v0 insisted to say lie and didn’t make any changes without pointing it’s baseline issue.
