V0 Team Communication / Feedback - Improvement Needed

I’ve been using V0 (.dev) for the last 2 months ago and the UI / Full stack Apps I’ve been able to prototype / develop are very impressive.

However, the V0 team really need to communicate more.

There was no heads-up / warning that V0.app was coming which removed user LLM selection. This should have been rolled out allowing users to gradually move to it while keeping the old system to complete projects etc. That caused unnecessary upset & developer frustration.

Also gifted credits just dissapearning without warning is not the way to handle things, they could have been transferred into paid credits before ending.

Allow users to optin to beta test changes before rolling out, getting feedback etc, keeping dev users in the loop. Real work is being done on this platform and it’s super important it’s stable.

A detailed V0.app changelog page should also be made available as per the Vercel one: Changelog - Vercel

Secondly, allow user feedback and feature requests via a dedicated service such as https://www.featurebase.app

Forums are no good for this type of feedback. Feedback serivces allow user voting, which engages the community and allows service providers to know what users are after.

I can clarify about the gifted credits:

As far as I remember, the timeline was part of the initial popup message you’d have seen when you received the gifted credits.

About feedback: We do have a feedback option in the v0 app itself that you can access, as shown below:

Our teams do monitor the feedback threads such as Agent mode feedback thread, where you can leave comment or even a like to show your support for that feature.
