如何将 v0 账户从团队版切换回个人版？

我注册 v0 时选择的是个人账户，但现在左上角显示为 free team。下拉菜单中没有个人账户选项可以切换，只有升级按钮。请问如何将账户改回个人版？

All features and limits are identical to personal accounts. Theres no way to “switch back” because this is now the standard account structure
You can continue using v0 normally without any impact.
