I have contacted support to no remedy, they do not address my concern other than a simple “works on my machine”. This is unacceptable. I have been paying for months and not a single attempt to fix this has happened.
Problem
It has been stuck trying to install the analytics package for over a month, i already installed it manually but it does not clear this agent install. There has to be some kind of cancel function, or a engineer needs to reset this flag to clear this.

Expected Behavior
Expected Analytics to be firing and the installation UI to clear.
