I'm troubleshooting a deployment issue with my existing CLARVANT Intelligence project on the Vercel Hobby plan.

Issue 1 — Persistent API authorization error

The Vercel API returns:

403 Forbidden — Not authorized to access resource under scope "dc007bajaj-4196"

This occurs when attempting to read project details, deployment logs, and deployment source files. I've reconnected the Vercel integration in ChatGPT, connected my GitHub account in Vercel, and included the known team ID in API requests, but the error persists.

Issue 2 — Build failure

Three production deployments are marked Error. The latest build log reports:

npm error code ETARGET No matching version found for typescript@5.9.0

The project uses Next.js 16 and React 19. I need to correct the dependency safely, inspect the complete source, and verify a preview deployment before changing production.

What I've tried

• Reconnected the Vercel integration in ChatGPT.
• Connected GitHub in Vercel account settings.
• Verified that the project has no connected Git repository.
• Checked the deployment logs and identified the package installation failure.

Could someone advise how to resolve the workspace-scoped API authorization error and the safest way to fix the dependency in this existing project?

Please note: I want to preserve the current project and production configuration, avoid recreating the project, and remain on the Hobby plan.
