My Vercel Blob store helloproperties-backend-blob has exceeded the Hobby Blob Data Transfer limit (10.2 GB / 10 GB) and is currently blocked. I have already migrated my application to AWS S3 + CloudFront for new uploads. I only need temporary read/download access to migrate my existing Blob files to S3. The Blob API can list my files (93 files found), but downloading any file returns HTTP 403 because the store is blocked. The Vercel support agent said Hobby accounts may be eligible for a one-time 30-day courtesy unblock, but the automatic unblock doesn't work because my Blob store is blocked at the resource level rather than account level. Could someone please temporarily unblock the Blob store or provide a way to export the existing files so I can complete the migration to S3? I do not need continued Vercel Blob usage after the migration.
