Vercel build logs panel stuck on Loading in the dashboard

Problem

The Build Logs panel in the Vercel dashboard stays on ‘Loading…’ for a specific deployment.

Details

Current Behavior

  • The Build Logs panel never loads.
  • Running vercel inspect --logs returns only:
status ● Ready
  • Runtime logs are not relevant; the issue is specifically with build logs.
  • The vercel.json file excludes _logs and no longer rewrites that path.

What I’ve Tried

  1. Tested in an incognito window.
  2. Changed the WiFi network.
  3. Tried different browsers.

None of these steps resolved the issue.

Facing the same issue, Vercel build logs stuck on loading.

I’m trying to upload a project, it’s giving me an error and not showing the logs.

Error:

Command npm run build exited with 1

This issue should be fixed now. Please redeploy to your build to view build logs.
