An authenticated Vercel connector request to POST /v13/deployments returns 403 Forbidden:

“You don’t have permission to create a v0 Deployment for this Vercel project: [project name].”

My roles are confirmed as team Owner and v0 Builder. I’m on Vercel Hobby and v0 Free. Reading the existing project and updating environment variables work, but creating a Preview deployment fails. No deployment was created.

What connector authorization could cause this, and what is the supported fix? I’d like to identify the specific missing permission rather than broadly expand access or assume a paid upgrade is required.
