Vercel dashboard 404 error and login loop on project domains page

Current Behavior

When I click Domains in the left sidebar of my Vercel project, the page returns a 404 error and redirects me to a login screen. After logging in, it returns to the same page and loops back to the login screen again.
This makes it impossible to manage or modify domains for the project.

Expected Behavior

Clicking Domains in the project sidebar should open the domain management page so I can add or manage custom domains.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click Domains in the left navigation or the plus symbol inside the project.
2. Observe the 404 error and login redirect loop.
