My project has repeatedly failed to deploy with the error "git_info_fail".

What I have verified:

• The Vercel GitHub App is installed with access to all repositories.
• The correct GitHub repository is connected in Vercel project settings.
• Multiple deployments fail within approximately 3 seconds.
• No build log events are returned for these failed deployments.
• The previous production deployment is still READY.
• Re-linking the existing Git project did not resolve the problem.
• Vercel's support agent suggested a possible GitHub App installation access-token 404 error, but this has not been independently confirmed.

Please investigate the underlying GitHub integration failure and provide a safe repair procedure.

I want to preserve the existing project, live website, domains, and settings.
