Vercel Domain connection issues

Needs help ASAP, the URL for my domain is not working. CrazyDomain confirmed now on the phone that its all connected on their end with the available URL domain. However I'm unable to see the live website. CrazyDomain said there is a Vercel connection issue in the back end now. Can someone please check it for me? As I'm not a developer and I'm not sure what's going on. We need to fix that ASAP so the site is live. Thank you
