Vercel - Domain showing “Invalid Configuration” - Help

I’m experiencing an issue with my custom domain setup. It's over 1 week and I can't seem to figure t out. My domain was gotten from Namechap and I have added the A record but i keep getting the “Invalid Configuration” error on Vercel. Please note that i never had the old DNS - 192.64.119.62 in Namecheap I simply added the A record @ 216.198.79.1 on Namecheap as directed. I have tried to trouble shoot myself, but nothing seems to be working.

I deleted the domain, and added it all over, didn't fixt it
I removed the custom redirect, still didnt fix it
I used the DNS Checker and can see it's pointing to 2 IPs but i can only see one on Namecheap - 216.198.79.1 Any help to resolve this is appreciated...
