Vercel domain stuck as linked to another account despite removal and TXT verification

Hi,

I’m trying to use the domain erikacasals.com in my Vercel project (Hobby plan), but it keeps showing:

This domain is linked to another Vercel account

This happens even though it has been fully removed from the previous account.

What I’ve verified

  • The domain is not in any project in the previous Vercel account
  • The domain is not in the account-level domains of the previous account (vercel.com/account/domains shows “No domains”)
  • The TXT record at _vercel.erikacasals.com is correctly set in DNS: vc-domain-verify=erikacasals.com,54c333cf1eb55371f480
  • This matches exactly what Vercel shows in the verification screen
  • Clicking Refresh does not resolve the issue
  • The Vercel support bot confirmed the issue and prepared a support case, but we are on the Hobby plan and cannot submit it directly

Could someone from the Vercel team manually release erikacasals.com and www.erikacasals.com from the previous account association?
