Is the Vercel for Github app open source? If so, where is the source code?
Hi Astro,
I don’t think the Vercel for GitHub app is open source as a standalone GitHub App repository.
The GitHub App listing is public, and Vercel has a lot of open-source repos under the vercel GitHub org, but that does not necessarily mean the hosted GitHub App service itself is public source code. The public docs describe how the integration behaves: automatic deployments from pushes/PRs, preview deployments, production branch handling, and repo access through the installed GitHub App.
You can see the GitHub integration docs here:

If your goal is to understand or customize the deployment flow, the closest open/customizable path is usually using the Vercel CLI from GitHub Actions instead of relying entirely on the built-in GitHub App.
