Vercel free-tier email explanation

I received the following email from Vercel. Does this indicate that there will be costs associated with deploying additional projects that include images?

Hi . Congrats on the growth of your website! The email indicates that your Hobby team used 100% of the included usage for Image Optimization.

There is no additional cost if you choose not to upgrade your team from Hobby to Pro. There would be a monthly cost if you do upgrade to paid plan, of course.

Note that your projects will not be paused because the Image Optimization limit was reached. But additional source images will throw an error when optimizing. You can avoid the error by disabling optimization for some or all of your images. More details on that option here: https://vercel.com/docs/image-optimization/managing-image-optimization-costs#minimizing-image-optimization-costs
