Vercel has not been responding to my support case.

Hey everyone, just wanted to ask why my Vercel issue hasnt been responded to? its been more than 3 weeks, and still no reply.

I have my case number, and havent followed up because that would apparently ‘cost’ me my queue. This is frustrating and was wondering if this happens to a lot within the community. I’ve browsed reddit and have seen similar complaints.
