Vercel Hobby Team is paused

Hi Vercel Team,

So, my hobby team has been paused since Feb 7, 2025, due to high usage of 300% on Function Duration. I’m not sure what caused the problems. Today, it’s below 100%, but my account remains paused. Is there a way to unpause my account, if possible? I don’t have enough budget to pay for the Pro tier. I ensure that all of my projects aren’t against fair use guidelines. I can give additional information if needed. Thank you.

From what I can see, there are still a few metrics that are over Hobby limits. Please open a case so our customer support engineers can look into the specific details and help you get things running again. Select Usage Inquiry as the problem area on the form so it will automatically be assigned to the right team and get you answers as quickly as possible.
