Vercel is having issues detecting new commits from github

I cannot get my new commits to deploy either automatically or manually via commit hash. I’ve reconnected git, tried several commits and nothing works. Vercel status says everything is normal. It was fine for the last few days, successfully deployed 11h ago, and this has never been a problem before, but the last 8 commits failed to be detected by vercel last night, and im not seeing any webhook in git. Latest Sha is b659a364fa023f7b27460cd39bd294c37e210e1b. user/email matches git.
