I'm using the Vercel plugin in ChatGPT with my Vercel workspace vbrazil02-7856.

The OAuth connection succeeds, and ChatGPT can list my existing Vercel projects. However, attempts to create a deployment or access the team directly return:

403 Forbidden — Not authorized: Trying to access resource under scope "vbrazil02-7856".

I have confirmed:

• I am the workspace owner.
• The correct team is selected during OAuth authorization.
• The integration has been reauthorized.
• ChatGPT plugin permissions are set to Allow all tools.
• The team ID matches the workspace.

The failing deployment operation is POST /v13/deployments.
