Vercel projects inaccessible and offline - Sao Paulo Brazil

I have several projects hosted on Vercel, all using custom domains, and all of them are returning the error ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT.

However, when I access the same projects using their vercel.app domains, everything works fine.

I’m based in São Paulo, Brazil. I came across a discussion from February describing a very similar issue, but in the opposite direction (custom domains worked, but vercel.app didn’t).

I’ve already tested on 4G, 5G, Wi-Fi, and different ISPs, and the issue persists across all of them.

Do you have any idea what might be causing this?
