I purchased a Domain through Vercel and I haven't been able to use it because it is showing as third party purchased so I am not able to configure anything. The domain is parkersubaruidt.com. Is there something I am doing wrong or is this an issue on Vercel's End.

I'm sorry you are facing this issue. It seems like the transaction didn't go through and the domain is still available to purchase.
The easiest solution to this is to remove the domain from your team and then try purchasing it again.
