Vercel support ticket creation fails with 500 Internal Server Error and timeout

Problem

Found an issue when trying to create a support ticket.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Tried to create a ticket via this page: https://vercel.com/euka/~/support/cases
  2. Got a timeout every time.

Current Behavior

Now I have two issues…

500: Internal Server Error
