What is the reason for this? I did check with the domain provider they mentioned the problem is at vercel level.
The website is not resolving properly and the DNS is configured correctly. I checked with the domain / DNS provider and they mentioned the issue is at vercel level and not at their end.
The domain troubleshooting guide can help with most custom domain configuration issues. You might be able to use that guide to solve it before a human is available to help you. Then you can come back here and share the answer for bonus points.
You can also use v0 to narrow down the possibilities.
I see. Where did you purchase your domain from? It doesn’t seem to be using Vercel Nameservers either. The DNS propagation is incomplete as you shared, which is more of a registrar issue unrelated to Vercel.
I’ve a domain with Namecheap and it works fine. But, in case your issue continues I’d suggest switching over to Vercel Nameservers for best experience.
There should not be. You just need to move over all the DNS records to Vercel Nameservers. Here are some docs about it. Let me know if you need any help.
I might need to add the records again as they were present in my namecheap servers. I have also purchased a premium DNS plan from them to manage the DNS
I can see more regions have propagated perfectly. So, this confirms a DNS delay from Namecheap’s side. I’ve used them too and never faced such long delay. Maybe something special about their premium DNS service.
