Vercel websites down suddenly

Hi Vercel team and community,
I’m extremely disappointed right now – my entire Vercel account with 40 websites (project: v0-website-redesign and others) was suddenly suspended/removed under a “safety” review, without any advance notice or explanation. I have clients escalating this issue since their sites are all offline. Most critical: I can’t even log in to my dashboard to access, export, or back up my own code.
All my recent months’ Vercel credits and spend seem wasted, and there’s no response from support so far. We are now at risk of losing months of client work since we depended on Vercel’s infrastructure (and paid for it). I believe users should at least have access to their code/assets during such actions, especially given long-standing usage and payment history.
Has anyone faced similar issues and were you able to recover access to your sites or code? Is there any other escalation path?
Any advice on how to urgently get my projects/code back, or for Vercel to respond faster? Please help – this is causing massive disruption for us and for our clients.
Thank you.

@anshumanb @amyegan Could you please help here!?
