Vercel Workflows - Retention Pollicy and Artifacts

I’m trying to use Vercel Workflows for client projects and ran into a few questions I couldn’t resolve via the AI support chat.

I’m on the Pro plan, and in my dashboard I only see AI Gateway, not an AI → Workflows tab as mentioned in some docs and responses.

Here are the things I’m trying to figure out:

  1. Where can I see all stored Workflow runs for a project?

  2. Is there a way to configure a retention policy for workflow data?

  3. Can I download artifacts or uploaded files generated or processed in workflows?

  4. Are these features available on Pro, or do they require additional enablement?

Some of my clients require retention control and artifact access before we can ship production features using Vercel Workflows, so clarity here would really help.

Would appreciate guidance from anyone who has workflows running in production or from the Vercel team.
