Is there currently a Vercel Workflows incident? About 18 hours ago (~03-18-2026 22:15 UTC). I have a cron which triggers a workflow every 2 minutes so I expect there to constantly be traffic to this endpoint.
I did not make any deployments at this time.
Current Behavior
Further, when I look at the workflows list all are in the Running state but clicking into any one shows that it’s in the pending state.
