Vite: ‘@vitejs/plugin-react’ and ‘process’ not found (TS)

vite.config.ts(3,19): error TS2307: Cannot find module ‘@vitejs/plugin-react’ or its corresponding type declarations.
vite.config.ts(8,43): error TS2580: Cannot find name ‘process’. Do you need to install type definitions for node? Try npm i --save-dev @types/node.
