Could a staff member help escalate support case CSE_01LuiIEJQKYx2upJ to a human engineer?

A reproducible interaction between WAF rules and deployment routing is blocking our production release. Requests combining deployment selectors return HTTP 200 / WAF allow when our deny rules should reject them.

The private support case already contains request IDs, the effective rule configurations, reproduction steps and rollback evidence. We have not yet received a human response.

Our existing production remains available. The affected financial feature remains disabled while we investigate.

Please confirm who can investigate this behavior and advise on a supported mitigation.
