Is there an issue with monthly Premium charge for V0? I was charged but now have no credits? Please advise. It appears the chats sucked all the credits same day as the monthly charge. Is this now typical based off the new payment structure? Even though the chat messages haven’t changed much in the past months. If true then I’ll be moving business to another platform.
