What does "higher messaging limits" means v0 premium

I’m interested in getting the v0 premium subscription but i’m not sure what “higher messaging limits” means, how much higher is that? 10 extra messages? I don’t know, is not clear at all. And i couldn’t find any specific information to know if is worth it.
