❗ Why is there no reply from V0 staff? 48+ hours with no support

Hi,

I really need to ask why are V0 staff not replying to our support messages in the forum? It’s been over 48 hours since I posted about my project being completely broken (can’t preview in any version, even Version 1), and I’ve had zero reply.

This is super frustrating because support should at least acknowledge urgent issues within a few hours — 3 hours maximum would be reasonable. Instead, it’s been days, and from what I see in the forum, other people are also waiting for days without any response.

I’ve spent a lot of tokens, invested serious time, and now I’m stuck with a broken project and no communication from the team. This is really bad support, and I hope the V0 team sees this message and rethinks how quickly they respond to urgent issues.

We as a community need reliable and timely support.

Either they have a highly disorganized team (which is unlikely as it’s been going on for a few weeks) OR they have a very questionable leadership (which seems very likely)

Same issue here - no word, and a broken system after their buggy launch of agent mode
