Why is vercel pro plan tech support so slow to respond

I purchased a paid plan in order to access tech support after Vercel’s github integration broke on Vercel’s end. I saw that response time is supposed to be no more than 8 hours. The first response to my case came in at almost exactly 8 hours later. I tried what they suggested and got back to them within twenty minutes, letting them know the issue still exists. It is coming up on 17 hours since I sent my reply with no answer as to what happens next.

I need this issue fixed immediately. How do I get vercel tech support to contact me back faster?
