Why paused?

Hello Vercel Support Team, I am writing to request the unpause of my Hobby plan account. I have already removed all related projects/deployments that may have triggered the pause. I waited the full 30-day cycle for the monthly usage reset, but my account remains paused. As a result of the pause, I am currently unable to create or deploy any new projects, which is affecting my development workflow. Could you please help unpause my account, or let me know if any additional steps are required on my side? Thank you for your assistance.

We don’t automatically unpause when the usage rolls around because there’s no way to guarantee ahead of time that the underlying problem has been fixed: for example, if you had a runaway function that consumed your usage limit, then every month when the project unpaused it would instantly consume it again and repause

For that reason we need to unpause manually at your request, which I have done now so you should be able to access your Vercel account again
