Hey! Has anyone experienced Windows 11 Smart App Control suddenly blocking Turborepo?
I've been using Turbo without any issues until yesterday, but today pnpm exec turbo --version and all Turbo commands suddenly fail with Error: spawn UNKNOWN (errno: -4094).
After investigating, I found that Windows is blocking turbo.exe through Smart App Control:

The binary has been installed since October 29, and everything was working fine until November 2. The first recorded block happened on November 3.
Has anyone encountered this before? Is there any way to get Turbo working again without disabling Smart App Control entirely?
I'd really prefer to keep SAC enabled, especially since disabling it can make re-enabling it difficult.
