Workflow Runs Stuck in "Active" State for 7+ Hours – Cannot Cancel Them

Hi Vercel team,

I have 7 workflow runs in my project that have been stuck in an “Active” state for over 7 hours. These workflows normally complete in 20-30 seconds.

When I try to cancel them via the dashboard, I receive this error:

“Failed to cancel 1 run. They may have already finished or be in a non-cancelable state.”
