You charged me $20 again with a yearly plan activated

We’ve issued a $20 refund for this incorrect charge. Please allow up to 5-10 days to receive your refund, though they usually arrive sooner.

Our engineers identified an issue where users were charged for v0 Premium, despite having redeemed a usage code. We’re rolling out a permanent fix to prevent this from happening again. Apologies for any inconvenience.

In Case 00504475 you replied me the problem was fixed, but on June 14 V0 charged me another $20 for June again

Hi @zhuhouzhao, it seems like you’ve a v0 premium account with a monthly billing cycle. To stop recurring charges, please cancel the subscription from v0 Billing .

Refunds can only be processed by our billing team. You can request a refund by contacting support.

The problem is, I can’t find a way to cancel my subscription on the billing page, which shows as the following:


And I can’t cancel my payment method from Vercel, neither. Because Vercel asks me to keep at least one card.

And thanks, I will issue a refund to contact support for this month. But I guess the next month…
