You must differentiate now that there is 0 cost of development

Now that everyone can create a consumer product with minimal effort thanks to Vercel, Claude and other resources, what is the differentiator between your product and someone else’s??

Distribution is an obvious answer but on the product side if you can’t induce a new/different/better feeling for your customers or users, then there is no difference between you and other startups, or you and big tech incumbents

I don’t have a product I’m building right now, but if I was, I’d focus on the community side of it. Obviously. :face_with_tongue: Community ambassadors, superfans, they will be the ones that help you differentiate.
