ADALIGO This looks like a solid iteration on Next.js Jonoroboto. The Fast Refresh change (module-level re-execution) is probably the most impactful here, aslo reducing unnecessary invalidation across the import graph has a real effect on dev feedback loops. Curious how consistent these gains are at scale and how this holds up on larger apps though?? especially with Turbopack already in place. But overall, seems like one of those low-risk, high-impact upgrades 🚀

Jayarbrul The Backend has been deployed on Render. But I have used free version. So it take some time to load the page at first time. After few minutes, all categories are displayed.

If sub-250ms latency is the hard requirement, look into WHIP (WebRTC-HTTP Ingestion Protocol) and WHEP (WebRTC-HTTP Egress Protocol) compliant services. These protocols standardize how WebRTC streams are ingested and egressed, potentially reducing the 'complex infra setup' you mentioned. Alternatives like Millicast provide managed WebRTC stacks that abstract the TURN/STUN and SFU management, which can be integrated into Next.js via client-side SDKs.

Pauline P. Narvas I recommend posting this to github.com/vercel/next.js/discussions as well. Currently, Next.js doesn’t have a built-in soft fallback to unoptimized images, but you could create a custom wrapper that handles the fallback logic automatically.
