@chronokaizen Have you fixed this issue yet, if so how? We don't get a reply on the support ticket and in the forum I see this is a problem that happens more often with no answer how to solve it

Same issue here, I see this issue a couple times pop up but not solutions. Tried logging in and a different browser but no success so far
