I received a notification that my subscription would renew on October 22, but as of October 23, it still hasn’t been processed. The $20 renewal payment hasn’t gone through yet, and my account hasn’t updated.

Hi, my plan usually resets on time, but this month it hasn’t.
It was supposed to renew on Oct 22, and now it’s Oct 24, still not renewed.

It looks like your plan has ended but it got stuck in an intermediate state where it’s still marked as active and that’s why the UI is weird. The team is looking into it. In the meantime, if you cancel plan and subscribe again it should fix it
This issue has already taken more than 5 days, and it’s seriously affecting my work.
I’ve followed all the suggested steps, but the problem still isn’t resolved.
