On behalf of our small team, I wanted to thank you and everyone at Vercel for building what we consider one of the most powerful and developer-friendly ecosystems in modern software development.
We set out to build Skeelful — a platform that helps companies map, evaluate, and strategically grow the skills within their teams. We wanted to make skill visibility and talent planning simpler, more data-driven, and easier to act on.
We built the entire platform using the Next.js/Vercel ecosystem, and it’s been a game-changer. The stack enabled us to move fast, iterate confidently, and ship a robust, production-ready app — even as a lean team. Features like the Vercel AI SDK helped us integrate AI-powered exploration in a lightweight, pragmatic way. Vercel V0 accelerated our UI design. We’ve also deployed everything on Vercel.com with ease.
Our key goals were to allow:
- Employees to gain visibility into their skill gaps and growth paths
- Managers to streamline appraisals and design more balanced teams
- Organizations to get strategic insight into talent risks and investment opportunities
