Hello Vercel Team,

I'm using AI Gateway on my Hobby account (team: marblingnft).

My initial API usage was in September 2026. My request logs show Arrow 2 and Arrow 2 Telos usage on September 27, but no further recorded requests through November 1.

My remaining Free Credit balance is currently -$0.28, and I have not seen a new $5 credit issued in October.

Your official pricing documentation states that users receive $5 of free AI Gateway credits every 30 days after their first request:

However, Vercel Agent informed me that the $5 credit is a one-time promotional grant, which contradicts the documentation.

I tried to create a support ticket, but the Hobby plan only offers community support for AI Gateway issues.

Could a Vercel team member please clarify why my monthly free credit has not renewed and whether there is an issue with my account's credit renewal?
