An Error Occurred – Connection Closed! Cant solve it!

Hi Vercel Support,

I’m facing an issue with my [v0.dev]( B2b pim interface design – v0 by Vercel project where the ProjectChat screen doesn’t load properly. The screen gets stuck on “Loading…” and then eventually shows the error message:

:cross_mark: “An Error Occurred – Connection Closed.”

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

  • Reloading the page multiple times (hard refresh)
  • Signing out and signing in again
  • Opening the project in a Private Browser window (Edge)
  • Clearing browser cache and cookies
  • Trying different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)
  • Attempting to open/edit the page in the v0.dev editor directly

This error still persists. The chat is very important for ongoing development, and I urgently need a way to recover the conversation and continue working.

Please help resolve this or provide a workaround to restore the project access.
