I am being charged a bi-monthly fee for a 'pro account' and 'additional seat' that i do not have. The money is taken out on the 18th of the month and i receive receipts to my hobby plan account email. i've tried logging in every way possible to track down a potential duplicate account, but cant find anything other than my current free hobby account.

I have opened a support case (01SjjOPrZgZpICIO) but didn't get a support case form and haven't received any further response. I need help to cancel these payments as soon as possible please. Thanks so much in advance
