1 - verify the current bill yet to be paid
2 - get breakdown explanation of the current bill
3 - what we want (pro - 20, seat - 20, that’s all)
4 - understanding of future billing going forward (pro + seat)
Your invoice lists each cost item. You can search for the name of each item in the documentation or your usage report for more information about each item.
At a high level, there’s a base cost of $20 per person on the team with a pool of credits used to cover usage. If usage climbs above the included credits, then there’s a charge for the additional usage. The specifics depend on the feature.
You can use spend management options to prevent surprise bills.
