Billing Issues with Vercel: Double Charges for Plans

I’m reaching out to report a billing issue regarding my account. I’ve been charged two times for a premium plan and also for a pro plan and also for some team seat??, what is that?? i didnt subscribe to it? i have a premium plan subscription but im also getting billed for a team seat and some other pro plan? What? I dont even have a team plan or pro plan see screenshots, i just realized i’ve been getting double or triple charged for months. i want a full refund for all these months. See screenshots

Customers on all plan types are welcome to open a new case for any billing issue. Just describe the problem to the AI chat bot and click the “Create Case” button that appears at the bottom of the chat window. The AI will autofill the form based on the info provided.
