The new pricing is obscene.

I’ve just paid ~$30 for a fairly simple change/prompt - you lost me.

I built an incredible MVP using the old Premium plan, but there’s no way I’m going to keep using this.

The system has issues, and they will charge for fixing said issues.

They have your CC on file, so they just charge it however much they want.

Fix your pricing model – there’s plenty other alternatives out there.

Well, I agree — it has become really awful to work with (looks like with purpose to top up credits). It started making plenty of mistakes, the preview often doesn’t work, and I mostly see disadvantages. I’m not trying to say anything bad — this tool is amazing — but I feel it was better before.

@cashio1948-gmailcom You have to do what’s best for you. And you can come back if you decide v0 is the right tool for you again in the future. Right now, I’m focused on collecting detailed feedback so we can fix anything that isn’t working the way it should.

Checking the credit logs, I don’t see an individual prompt that cost $30, so I’m guessing it was the total for a chat instead of a single prompt. If you wouldn’t mind sharing the chat ID, that would be helpful for us to investigate.

If you were charged for something without your approval, I’d also like to know more about that. There’s an auto-recharge feature, but it’s disabled by default. I can’t think of anything else in v0 that would automatically charge you. Definitely something I would want to investigate if you see an unexpected charge.

And the support is actively evading hard questions, and it seems even more actively hiding new posts about complains/questions about pricing. This is a concerning development, and more indicators that things are going downhill hard from now on.

You’re so happy to answer hard questions, but when I complained about the issues with v0, you told me to go ask on Reddit and here on the forum… What a bad joke

bros need to pay their interns and their engineers with the ā€˜upgrades’ and newly made API - once they’ve recouped the charges, hopefully they go back to more fair ways - but yes the pricing model is absolutely absurd especially how many mistakes it makes whereby you waste credits/money having to fix these issues.

I tried topping up for the sake of testing and im sad to say that i was met with alot of errors , i prompted a fairly concise set of instructions and i was met with a 50 cents charge to just integrate neon, which later broke (database URL issue).

i cant warrant these costs for errors , what actually happened to v0 , ive tried large and medium model, i spent about 15 dollars overall and im still left with a shell codebase

number keeps going up

i know certain things have been addressed, but nothings actually been said about the cost of errors, i think alot of people would stay if you addressed this properly…
